CTF Illinois is seeking a compassionate, adaptable, and motivated Service Coordinator Float to provide leadership and clinical oversight across multiple day program locations. This position is ideal for an experienced human services professional who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).

As a Service Coordinator Float, you will provide temporary leadership support during staff vacancies, leaves of absence, new program start-ups, and other operational needs while ensuring high-quality services, regulatory compliance, and continuity of care.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support day program operations across multiple CTF Illinois locations.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop direct care staff to ensure quality services.
  • Deliver person-centered programs that promote independence, choice, and community inclusion.
  • Coordinate services with individuals, families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor documentation, financial records, and program compliance with agency, state, and federal requirements.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and rights of individuals receiving services.
  • Provide crisis intervention, behavioral support, and operational guidance as needed.
  • Conduct site visits, quality assurance reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Travel between program locations to provide leadership support based on operational needs.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, Education, Family Therapy, Vocational Counseling, or a related Human Services field.
  • Meet qualifications for QIDP and QMHP certification/training.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and/or mental illness.
  • Valid Illinois driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred

  • Previous experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Previous QIDP and/or QMHP certification.
  • Additional experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
