Lindsey T. Evans has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.  She earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.  Lindsey has worked in several parts of the real estate industry including real estate company accounting, housing specialist for a section 8 program, property manager of affordable housing, tax credit housing and senior housing.  She has also managed a portfolio of 700 market rate units over scattered sites.  In 2021 she opened Liberty Pointe Realty in Illinois and Indiana.  Lindsey is currently obtaining her Master's Degree in Accounting at Depaul University in Chicago, IL.  She is passionate about people, the level of respect given and helping people reach their real estate and financial goals with guidance and education.
