Join CTF Illinois as a Registered Nurse Trainer in the South Suburbs of Chicago, where you’ll provide vital nursing services to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in our CILA and Intermittent Programs.

 Position Overview:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am-11am in-office
  • Location: South Suburbs of Chicago (local travel required)
  • Salary: $35/hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Become an Authorized Nurse Trainer through DHS-approved training
  • Conduct nursing assessments and develop person-centered care plans
  • Train and supervise staff in safe and effective medication administration
  • Review and manage physician orders, medications, and documentation
  • Perform annual health assessments and ongoing health risk screenings
  • Monitor medical supplies and ensure compliance with Rule 116

Who You Are:

  • A licensed Registered Nurse in Illinois with at least 1 year of nursing experience
  • Ideally, you have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred but not required)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic PC applications
  • Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Organized, motivated, and passionate about helping others
